Use in Generative Al and NFTs is NOT permitted
Turnaround Time of 2-3 weeks dependant on my school and work schedule. Excluding complex multi-character art, full references, or custom characters (dependent on commissioner feedback).
Payment after sketch is approved via PayPal or CashApp (buyer covers fees).
Payment plans are permitted if the art commission is over $150, a down payment of $50 is required, which WILL NOT be refunded in the event of a back out. The commission will not be fully finished without full payment.
Pay AFTER we've discussed your commission. If you are unable to pay after quote is provided, inform me ASAP.
If you are on a payment plan and cannot make a payment please inform me ASAP. If you do not respond within 3-4 weeks your order will be put to the side OR repurposed and sold.
If you back out on a custom suit that has been started or pre-made 50% WILL NOT be refunded
Do not send repetitive messages to rush me. Occasional reminders or asking for progress is allowed.
I will watermark/ sign the artwork which may not be tampered with or removed.
No commercial use of the art work is allowed unless negotiated, at approximately + 100% of the base rate depending on use
If I am harassed by the commissioner, I reserve the right to block WITHOUT offering a refund.
Refunds are available for emergencies. If this happens before any work has been done, a full refund will be offered. If this happens after the sketch, 50%-20% will be refunded (dependent on work completed).
You are responsible for providing an accurate mailing address, loss of any kind due to an inaccurate address will not be compensated.
I am not responsible for ANY damages to the package during shipment or the loss of the parcel.
If you are commissioning for a NSFW related commission, I will need a valid ID/ drivers license for age.
